850 New units hitting the San Francisco market in 2016

Our friends at The Mark Company have put together a nice summary of new housing inventory currently in development for 2016.  Some of the units listed are currently selling while still under construction, and some are nearly sold out.   There is also a brief summary of recent projects that have completely sold out.  Several projects included here commenced sales in 2014 and 2015.

Note: 555 Fulton has been delayed until September of this year due to a "snag" in the exterior glass manufacturing.  Rumors say they may even extend beyond September and not commence any closings until December.
